With the World Cup in Brazil, the home team is the favourite for the title. But so far, they aren't player at their best. Which everybody could see in their matches and in the results. Therefore the odds in the match are in my opinion too low for a home win. Though with the home advantage the Chile win is also no option for me. But I do think there will be a lot of goals.
The over odds are also for me too low, and the same hold for the both teams to score.
However, for Neymar to score, the odds are too high I think. He is the top player of the Brazilian team, and already scored 4 goals in the 3 group matches. I think he will score at least one goal.

The other 1/8 final of tonight is Colombia - Uruguay, after the sending away of the biting Luis Suarez, I think Uruguays chances are rather small. If Colombia manages to score a goal, then Uruguay has to score a goal and will attack. Then there will be a lot of space for the Colombia attackers. My pick will be:
